Order Processing

• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Shipping Regions

We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.

Return Policy

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of your receipt date
• All items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless due to our error

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain product integrity and safety, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Opened or used Scent Samples
• Products from Sets that have been opened or partially used
• Any items showing signs of use or damage not related to manufacturing defects
• Seasonal collections (Spring, We Made Extra) that have been opened

Return Process

1. Contact our Customer Care Team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Complete the return authorization form we provide
3. Package items securely in original packaging with all documentation

5. Receive your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return

Refund Information

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
