All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Important Return Information
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of your receipt date
- All items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless due to our error
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain product integrity and safety, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used Scent Samples
- Products from Sets that have been opened or partially used
- Any items showing signs of use or damage not related to manufacturing defects
- Seasonal collections (Spring, We Made Extra) that have been opened
