Returns & Exchanges

Important Return Information

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of your receipt date
  • All items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless due to our error

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain product integrity and safety, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used Scent Samples
  • Products from Sets that have been opened or partially used
  • Any items showing signs of use or damage not related to manufacturing defects
  • Seasonal collections (Spring, We Made Extra) that have been opened

Return & Exchange Process

    We’ll email you a return authorization form and shipping instructions.
  3. Package Your Items Securely
    Place items in original packaging with all documentation and seal securely.

  5. Receive Your Refund or Exchange
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
